How long it takes

Orders leave our fulfilment partner in and arrive in about . As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

No surprise fees

The price you pay at checkout is the full price. Any import duties are paid by us, not by you.

If we're running late

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you a new date. You can then cancel for a full refund, or wait for it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your LazyDry arrives damaged, email us at with your order number. We'll send a new one or refund you in full.
