This policy explains what personal information LazyDry collects and why. The data controller is .

What we collect

• Your order: name, email, shipping address and, if you give it, phone number. You enter these at checkout.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Emails you send us and our replies.
• Website use: if we run ads, the Meta and TikTok pixels may set cookies to measure which ads lead to visits and orders.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, give refunds and support, keep the records the law requires, and measure our ads.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our fulfilment partner and parcel carriers (delivery), our email provider, and, for ad measurement, Meta and TikTok. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or stop using it for ads, by emailing . We answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU you may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
