The 30-day Lazy Test

Use LazyDry for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it doesn't make drying your hair easier, email with your order number. We refund the full price to your original payment method, and you can keep the bonnet. You don't need to send anything back.

• One Lazy Test refund per household.
• For bundles, the refund covers the bonnets you tell us didn't work for you.
• Refunds are sent within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind before it ships?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.

These promises add to any rights you have under the law where you live; they never replace them.
